Causes of mushroom spawn contamination

1.Mushroom sterilization is not complete, the cold air is not clear, the fire is not flourishing, the steam pressure is insufficient, the sterilization time is not enough.
2.The inoculation room or the vaccination box disinfection is not strict, the inoculation tool and the hand disinfection is not thorough。
3.Spawn bag is with micro holes,litter while bagging,not paying attention when handling.
4.The training room is not clean and sanitary, the humidity is too big, the spawn bottles’ and bags’ sealing is not strict, the temperature is too high, the ventilation is bad,and oxygen deficit.
5.Spawn culture material is not uniformly mixing, too much water, packed tightly, without good ventilation.
6.The spawn for inoculation switching is with infectious microbe.
