Mushroom spawn quality standard

1.Mother spawn(first-class fungal) have the original strains colony morphology characteristics on the same kind of culture medium,no bacterial disease and insect pest,with white mycelium and strong growth,edge neatly, non-yellowing, not aging,fungus age to cultivate 5 to 7 days again within 8 to 15 ℃ temperature after overgrow with the culture medium slant,then can be used to enlarge stock culture or successive transfer culture.
2.Stock culture(Second-class fungal)is without disease bacteria infection ,and with white hyphae, strong and dense, evenly covered with bottle, exterior colors is consistent, and without non-uniform spot.Culture medium turn into pale yellow
from brownish black,have unique flavor of mushrooms,mycelium do not wither, non-yellowing,mycelium should overgrow with the 500ml tin bottle at 21-23℃ for 40-50 days after vaccination,fungus age can be used after 7-10 days hyphae overgrow with bottles.

3.Cultivated spawn(third-class fungal)is without disease bacteria infection ,and with white hyphae, strong and dense, evenly covered with bottle, exterior colors is consistent,uniform distributed mycelium,culture medium present pale yellow,have unique flavor of mushrooms,culture medium do not wither,do not spit yellow water,non-yellowing,mycelium should overgrow with the 500ml tin bottle at 21-23℃ for 30-45 days after vaccination,fungus age can be used after 7-15 days hyphae overgrow with bottles.
