Method for producing shiitake mushroom stock culture and culture spawn
1.Sawdust culture medium:Broadleaf sawdust 78%, wheat bran 20%, sugar 1%, gypsum powder 1%, water content 55%-58%;
2.Cottonseed hull culture medium:cottonseed hull 78%,wheat bran 20%, sugar 1%, gypsum powder 1%, water content 55%-58%;
3.Corncob culture medium:Corncob coarse flour 80%, wheat bran 18%, sugar 1%, gypsum powder 1%, water content 55%-58%.Soak the crushed corncob corn grain size for 24 hours,remove them from water and dry them,mixing with wheat bran,sugar and gypsum powder,and then you can fill them in bags or bottles to sterilizing.
