 Structure&Components of mushroom sterilizer

The main structure of the mushroom sterilizer mainly constituted by the pressure vessel section,pipeline system, control system, Sheet metal decoration system and material handling system.
(1). Rectangular type mushroom sterilizer Pressure vessel section  
Pressure containing part is the main part of the mushroom equipment, all the part is designed, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance check according to the national standard GB150steel pressure vessel;, and accept supervision of ;Safety technical supervision for pressure vessel. It mainly divided into the door part and the cylinder part. The mushroom sterilizer chamber adopts Q345R plate from repression, the inner spray high temperature anti-rust paint, no pollution. The door is made of Q345R steel, and the door is equipped with safety interlocking device to ensure the safety of the equipment.
2.2. The Pipeline of quadrate type mushroom sterilizer machine
The pipeline of the mushroom sterilizer series products mainly welded by seamless pipe(Q345B).The main connecting pipe for connecting is flange (20 ustulation). The main components from function points are: steam inlet pipeline, steam exhaust pipeline, pumping vacuum pipeline, pump suction pipeline, return air pipeline and the door inflatable vacuum pipeline. The main components of the pipeline are pneumatic valve, check valve, manually operated valve, steam traps, filters, pressure sensor, pressure sensor, pressure gauge,pilot valve, electric ball valve, solenoid valve, etc.

(3).Control system of mushroom sterilizer

The control system is mainly composed of the PLC, Analog Module(AI), Temperature Sensor (PT), Color touch screen (TP), micro printer (old configuration) and relay(D).

(4).Sheet metal decoration system

Sheet metal decoration parts materials texture of mushroom sterilizer series products:front and rear door access pane are 430 wire drawing steel,side material is color coated plate(please declare it in the contract if user specified as other material),thermal insulation material are &insulated rock wool. 

(5).Materials handling system

Materials handling system of the mushroom sterilizer series products means that the device accommodate the destruction fungus which can transport the destruction fungus into or out of the sterilizing inner chamber(can be called inner cart in short),it can be divided into single-deck and &double-deck wit multiple layers.
