The growth and development condition of the shiitake mushroom

Mushrooms belong to the fungus, they need the appropriate nutrition and environmental conditions to complete the life cycle from the mycelium to the sub entity.

1.Nutrition.

The nutrition the basic material and energy sources of the mushroom throughout the shiitake mushroom life course.Rich in nutrition is to ensure quality and high yield of mushrooms.

2.Temperature.

Mushroom mycelium can grow in the range of 5-32 degree centigrade,it grows the fastest between 24-27 degree centigrade.When the temperature above 32 degree centigrade,the mushroom mvcelium will stop grow,when the temperature above 40 degree centigrade,they will die.

The sub-entity can grow between 5-24 degree centigrade,it is the most appropriate for mushroom sub-entity when the temperature is between 13-20degree centigrade.

3.Humidity.

The appropriate relative environment humidity is 60-70% for mushroom shiitake mycelium growth and development.

4.Air.

The growth and development of shiitake mushroom need sufficient fresh air,so that the mushroom myceliums and the sub-entity can grow normally.

5.Illumination and PH.

It no need illumination when mushroom mycelium at the growth stage,but when it is in maturity and fruiting stage,that is 300-800 Lux.The shiitake mushroom mycelium can grow when PH is between 3-7,PH 4-6 is the most appropriate.
