1. 2. Adjustment of semi-automatic mushroom bag filling machine
(1) If the plastic bag clamping plate is too loose or too tight, you can loosen the set screws of clamping plates, adjust the angle of the two clamping plates, until achieve an appropriate tightness degree, and then lock set screws tightly.
(2) When the turntable of the mushroom bag filler machine rotates through an angle and stops, under the action of tension spring, the positioning pins on the positioning mechanism should be inserted in the positioning holes of the turntable accurately. If found not inserted in the end, the rod length can be adjusted to meet the requirements.
(3) To change tightness of cultivating materials in bags, you can adjust the position of loading amount adjusting plate to make it loose when high, and tight when low.
