2. Definition of sterilization working procedure of sterilization equipment for mushroom
According to combination of different sterilization parameters, you can set into different sterilization procedures:
A.if setting vacuum stroke switch parameters, not setting substitution stroke switch parameters , the program can be called the pulsating vacuum program;
- this program using vacuum pump vacuum to vacuumize within the chamber. This is a program for routine use.
B. if the mushroom sterilizer machine not setting vacuum stroke parameters and just setting substitution stroke switch parameters, the program can be called the down steam exhaust program;
-- this program does not use the vacuum pump, and use gravity substitution principles to exhaust the air within the chamber. So when the pump occured error and can not use, you can use the program instead, and this will not affect the normal production.
C. if both are set, can be called pulsating vacuum steam and the down steam exhaust program.- the program supports this function, users can choose whether to use according to the actual need.
