In order to prevent turntable’s dislocation caused by feeding and punching, positioning mechanism is equipped specially. On the turntable, there distribute 8 positioning holes on the circumferences which make the rotary shaft as the axis. When the turntable rotates to the determined position, the positioning dowel is inserted in the positioning hole under the action of the spring, turntable will not rotate. When rotating to the next process, the cam on axle Ⅲ press down crossbar, pull the rod against the spring force, uproot locating pins. Turntable starts to rotate. When rotating to the 45°, the cam release crossbar. Under the action of the spring, the positioning pin is inserted into the second positioning holes, once again the next loop. 

(6) Compression bag supporting mechanism is shown in Diagram 1.

When the pressure tray on the bar press materials, the pressure produce a large additional torque to turntable, resulting in the deformation of turntable, the axial force and radial force of bearings increases. In order to reduce this additional torque, the machine is equipped with the upper and the lower rollers in the position of , below the outer edge of closing upper and lower turntables in the pressing process. The gap between rollers and the upper and lower turntables is less than 1 mm. Rollers fixed on the frame, when bearing force and deformation, turntable will contact the roller, the majority of the force passes onto the frame, greatly reducing the additional torque on turntables.

Bagging machine is not allowed reversal, so the phase sequence protection is installed. when connecting power, if the phase sequence connects wrong, phase sequence protection will not breakover, the motor will not start, which can avoid equipment damage effectively. Then once the steering becomes correct by adjusting the phasing, phase sequence protection will be breakover, bagging machine can start normally.

Both sides of the bagging machine are equipped with start and stop button, right SB1, SB3 and left SB2, SB4. Just pressing SB1 or SB2 can start the machine, and pressing SB3 or SB4 can stop it. If the motor thermal overload protection action, the main contactor will disconnected. Motor power fails to stop.
