I. Application and Product Features of Bagging filling machine

1. Applications

SZDY-1000 Punching Bag Filling Machine applies to bagging operation of granular compost as sawdust, bagasse, cotton seed hulls, corn cobs, etc, when in the bag cultivation production of edible fungus.

2. Product Features

The mushroom bag filling machine is with disk volume punching bagging method. Suitable specification for angle type plastic bag is (circumference × bag length × bag film thickness): ( 340 ~ 420) × (350 ~ 630) × (0.05 ~ 0.06) mm.

Making loading and pressing, which are the most onerous jobs in bagging operation, replaced by mechanical processes, can punching bag cultivating materials into the column shape of high (180-200) mm, outer diameter of 110 mm and with consistent density. At the same time, the center of the material bag column will be pressed out a solid strain inoculation hole with the diameter of (12-32) mm and the length of 120mm. Thus it can bag uniformly, and the bagging amount can be adjusted. Using the model machine can reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency, ensure the bagging quality, so it is welcomed by the majority of users.

II. Working Principle and Main Structure

1. Working Principle

The bag filling line is equipped with a rotating feeding tray, and 8 holes with same size are distributed uniformly on the tray. A feeding barrel is inserted below each hole.  Above the feeding tray features a storage bin. Stirring the culture composts into a plastic bag covering the feeding barrel on the turntable by the bin stirrer, when full, feeding tray rotates 45°and goes into the pressing station. Pressure tray with the conical pressure needle move vertically to feeding barrel, extruding the culture medium in the bag into forming. Pressure tray moves back and forth, thus Culture Composts volume is reduced, being into a round bar shape, with a taper hole in the middle. Using the method of controlling volume to control the feeding amount can make a small error. Using the pressure tray punching material can make the materials strong and the density consistent. It is conducive to the growth of edible fungus mycelium.

Bagging processes including: ① bagging, ② filling, ③ pressing material and pressing taper hole, ④ taking bags. The four processes are done through machine , ①, ④ done manually, ②, ③ done by machinery.

2. Main Structure

The Model Product mainly consists of motor, materials sending and storing component, pressing rod parts, turntable components, pushing plate components, and bag clamping parts, bag protective organizations, damping mechanism, positioning mechanism and bag pressing support mechanism and other accessories.
