(1) Bagging mechanism motion is shown in Diagram 1.

(2) Bags clamping mechanism diagram. (material mixier machine)
Covering the plastic bags on loading cylinder, along with the turntable rotates, rollers and cam contact the lever on rollers, which can driven the fan-shaped gear, making clamping plate (commonly known as the synchronization clamp) clamped plastic bags tightly to load materials, then it goes into the material pressing process. During rotation, the clamp plate keeps clamping tightly to avoid plastic bag falling off. During the material pressing process, roller falls into craters, the clamping plate relaxes, bag slides down to the lower turntable, bag fixed tile (commonly known as sling clamp) on bag protective mechanism clamped bag mouth immediately, thus when pressing lever press the materials, bags can’t be broken by pressing tray. When pressing tray reaches the lower limit position, material pressing process ends. Bag clamping mechanism diagram is shown in diagram 2.

(3) Bag protection mechanism, by good mushroom equipment manufacturer.
When the bag is filled with materials and rotate to the pressing process along with the turntable, under the action of the cam fixed on Ⅳaxle, connecting rod move towards to the direction of turntable and then push the left and right bag protection tiles in the closed position from the open position. At the same time it make the bag in the middle of bag protection tiles, so that when the pressing rod press materials, bags can not be broken by pressing tray. When pressing tray reaches the lower limit position, material pressing process ends.
(4) The damping mechanism is shown in Diagram 1. Below the turntable features a wood block and a compression spring. Under the action of the spring, the block makes a positive pressure on the turntable, the turntable rotary resistance increases, to avoid the phenomenon of turning too much due to the rotary inertia, to ensure accurate positioning.
